Accomplished sociologist with 8+ years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership.
Holds a PhD, MPhil, and MA in Sociology from Jadavpur University; awarded RUSA Doctoral Fellowship (2019–20) for research on gender and technology.
Specializes in gender and work, digital culture, organizational life, and qualitative research methods.
Taught at leading institutions including Jadavpur University, Amity University, Kalinga University, and several Kolkata-based colleges.
Former academic leader at Anjaneya University, Raipur; contributed to NEP-aligned curriculum and pedagogy.
Authored UG sociology textbooks for multiple states and developed content for Netaji Subhas Open University.
Published in UGC-CARE and Publons-indexed journals; regular presenter at national/international conferences including AISC.
Selected for the 2025 Malaviya Mission Teacher Training (IIM Sambalpur); recognized for contributions to feminist pedagogy and academic innovation.
