She has a strong interest in quantitative research methods and supports academics and postgraduate researchers in applying statistical techniques to real-world research problems.
Her areas of expertise include Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), PLS-SEM, research design, data analysis, and AI-enabled research practices.
She has facilitated academic and professional training sessions for diverse audiences, with a focus on making complex analytical concepts practical, engaging, and easy to apply.
She is affiliated with a Business School and contributes actively to research development and academic capacity-building initiatives.
